3 tablespoon(s) Dark Brown Sugar (Splenda Brown Sugar)
2 tablespoon(s) Low Sodium Soy Sauce
2 teaspoon(s) Minced Garlic
2 tablespoon(s) Rice Vinegar
1 tablespoon(s) Sesame Oil
1/4 cup(s) Peanut Butter (may use Walden Farms)
Sesame Peanut Noodles Directions
Cut the vegetables to sizes of your choice and put them in boiling water (*Note: my noodles were already cooked, which is why I put the vegetables in first.
If you plan on using uncooked noodles, cook the noodles first for a few minutes THEN add the vegetables!)Mix together all the above ingredients together in a large bowl.
When the noodles & vegetables are done, drain it and put it in the big bowl that contains the sauce.
