Sausage Mushroom Cauliflower Rice Skillet Directions
Cook sausage in a large skillet on medium high heat.
Add chopped garlic, celery and mushrooms and saute.
Pour in vegetable broth and liquid amino acids.
Add cauliflower rice, bringing heat to a simmer. Cook for about 5-10 mins until cauliflower rice is soft.
Add spinach and stir until wilted.
Salt and pepper to taste.
