Preheat oven to 325o F
You will need 3 ramekins or other specialty flan cookware and a large baking pan to place them in.
Using a mixer or a whisk, blend the eggs together.
Mix in the milk, and then slowly mix in the xylitol, then the vanilla.
Prepare the ITG Dulce pudding with 5oz water, blend together until smooth.
Pour custard into caramel lined ramekins, and place them into glass baking dish and fill with 1-2 inches of hot water.
Bake 45 minutes in the water and check with knife just to the side of the center. If knife comes out clean, it is ready.
Remove and let cool. Cool each one in the fridge for an hour.
Invert ramekin onto small plate and the sauce will flow over the custard.
